Son bosques importantes desde el punto de vista ecol\u00f3gico y biogeogr\u00e1fico, con especies vegetales que deben hacer frente a la escasez de agua (especialmente en verano), que desarrollan extensas ra\u00edces y hojas peque\u00f1as y cori\u00e1ceas capaces de retener la humedad, evitando, mediante la regulaci\u00f3n de sus estomas la p\u00e9rdida de agua. Los encinares cant\u00e1bricos de Urdaibai acogen una fauna diversa. Su estructura cerrada y espesa hace de esta masa forestal un refugio protegido para muchas especies animales. La acci\u00f3n de las mareas, dota a \u00e9ste ecosistema de un componente din\u00e1mico con gran atractivo para su observaci\u00f3n. Es un paisaje que cambia cada pocas horas. La marisma de Urdaibai, es un ecosistema en el que se funden como en pocos lugares, la influencia de la naturaleza con las pr\u00e1cticas seculares del hombre. Son pocas las especies vegetales que se desarrollan en ellas. San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, la isla de Aketxe, el cabo Matxitxako (Bermeo), el gran acantilado de cabo Ogo\u00f1o, el litoral de Antzora y los acantilados de Lapatza, son algunos de los parajes destacables.<\/p>\n<p>Fondo Marino: M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la costa, el medio marino es un ecosistema lleno de vida, mucho m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil de apreciar que el de tierra firme, con una riqueza en flora y fauna dif\u00edcil de encontrar en otros mares. La temperatura del agua oscila desde los 10-12\u00baC del invierno a los 20\u00baC del verano. Las especies marinas m\u00e1s habituales en las aguas que ba\u00f1an el litoral de Busturialdea son Moluscos como los caracolillos, lapas, ostras, pulpos o sepias. Crust\u00e1ceos, como la quisquilla, los percebes, el bogavante y el cangrejo de mar o karramarro. Y peces como la lubina, la Mujarra, el Berdel, el Txitxarro o el salmonete. Durante sus casi mil a\u00f1os de historia el templo ha presenciado desde actos de pirater\u00eda y naufragios, a ceremonias religiosas en \u00e9pocas m\u00e1s recientes. La capilla est\u00e1 unida a la costa por un puente de 231 pelda\u00f1os, rasgados en un acantilado de roca flysch \u2013en la Pen\u00ednsula solo la hay en la Cornisa Cant\u00e1brica\u2013 que queda al descubierto cuando baja la marea. Una cima \u201chist\u00f3rica\u201d; es uno de los cinco montes bocineros, el primero de ellos, desde donde se llamaba a las Juntas Generales; y tambi\u00e9n ha sido testigo de cruentas batallas durante la guerra civil. Es uno de los l\u00edmites de la Reserva de la Biosfera de Urdaibai, y para alcanzar la cima se puede elegir entre su ascenso a pie, para lo que hay acondicionados distintos accesos: desde el Alto de Sollube, 1h hora; desde Sukarrieta, 2h y 30\u00b4 o bien en coche hasta la cima, donde hay instalado un mirador.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\"
