En \u00e9t\u00e9, des visites guid\u00e9es de ce sommet permettent de revivre l&#8217;une des \u00e9tapes les plus inconnues de notre histoire. Les recherches arch\u00e9ologiques confirment une s\u00e9quence historique du Moyen \u00c2ge \u00e0 nos jours. Ses \u00e9l\u00e9ments principaux sont: une n\u00e9cropole \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes, une paroisse et un ch\u00e2teau, aujourd&#8217;hui disparus.<\/p>\n<p>La mont\u00e9e est relativement simple, sauf dans le dernier tron\u00e7on \u00e0 forte pente. Le refuge d&#8217;Astra, qui a sauv\u00e9 la vie de ceux qui s&#8217;y sont abrit\u00e9s pendant plus de quatre heures lors du bombardement de 1937. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit en b\u00e9ton avec un plafond vo\u00fbt\u00e9 pour plus de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en cas d\u2019impact.
