Ce grand toit en bois, sans supports centraux et avec des croisillons complexes, est orn\u00e9 de peintures repr\u00e9sentant un monde symbolique complexe: masques, cigognes, cr\u00e2nes, chevaliers et monstres ne sont que quelques exemples de ceux que nous trouverons m\u00e9lang\u00e9s parmi des figures purement catholiques. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite au XVIe si\u00e8cle pour remplacer une autre \u00e9glise m\u00e9di\u00e9vale, sur un versant du quartier d&#8217;Elexalde, \u00e0 Ibarrangelu. Elle est facilement reconnaissable \u00e0 sa tour, surmont\u00e9e d&#8217;une sculpture du Sacr\u00e9 C\u0153ur de J\u00e9sus.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section Comme la plupart des portiques, il conserve la table du parvis &#8220;Txopitel-arria&#8221; ou &#8220;fid\u00e8le-arria&#8221; o\u00f9 les affaires de la municipalit\u00e9 \u00e9taient r\u00e9solues La chapelle date du XIX\u00e8me si\u00e8cle, c\u2019est un b\u00e2timent de transition entre le gothique et la Renaissance. Les murailles entourant la chapelle sont d&#8217;anciens vestiges du fort de la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode. Sa construction a commenc\u00e9 en 1357 sur ordre du comte Tello et de son \u00e9pouse Juana de Lara, mais les travaux ne furent achev\u00e9s qu&#8217;\u00e0 la fin du XVIe si\u00e8cle. L&#8217;ensemble est form\u00e9 par l&#8217;\u00e9glise, le clo\u00eetre et une partie du couvent compl\u00e8tement transform\u00e9, mais le clo\u00eetre est l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ment le plus important. Il s&#8217;ouvre sur le patio central par des arcs en ogive soutenues par des piliers d\u00e9cor\u00e9s par trois petites colonnes. Les quatre coins ont un arc surbaiss\u00e9 soutenu par des consoles d\u00e9cor\u00e9es de motifs figuratifs: des moines priant, chantant ou pr\u00eachant.<\/p>\n<p>Fait curieux, il fut un temps On remarque son portail en arc pointu orn\u00e9 de diff\u00e9rents motifs et figures de guerriers.
